To further our knowledge of restaurant/kitchen management, design, and construction, "Crash" Craddock built 6 Burger Kings in Denver and surrounding communities. The company was responsible for several construction disciplines including general construction, HVAC, exhaust hoods and "short-cycle" make-up hoods, electrical, and building air balancing. "Short-cycle" hood systems are far more efficient and save on energy costs. Additionally, two Big Papa's BBQ Restaurants and a dozen of other commercial kitchens were built under our guidance. |
